For High-Speed Lines and Modification

High speed hot melt line

Not every EVA application wants high vinyl acetate. When the goal is fast flow, low polarity and minimal heat, a low-VA, ultra-high-flow grade is the better fit. Evatane 18-150, at 18% VA and MFI 150, sits at this end of the range.

Why Low VA Helps Here

  • Low VA keeps the polymer stiffer and more polyethylene-like.
  • Lower polarity means cleaner compatibility with polyolefin bases.
  • Higher melting point supports hot-melt and bitumen service temps.

Why Ultra-High Flow

An MFI around 150 lets the resin melt and disperse almost immediately. In masterbatch it carries heavy pigment or additive loadings at high throughput; in bitumen and polymer modification it blends fast without overheating the base.

Typical Fit

Masterbatch carrier, bitumen modification, and rapid-dispersing modifier where speed and low temperature matter more than flexibility or polarity.
